The hotel staff were amicable and fairly friendly upon checkout. The location is favorable, within a short walk to malls, eateries, and restaurants, including Whole Foods Market. Conveniently located just 3 miles from Houston Arboretum and Nature Center.

This spot is centrally located next to the large shopping mall La Galleria, with public transportation and a variety of shops, restaurants nearby.

The hotel is gorgeous and excellent with extremely friendly staff on check-out. The location is comfy and handy, just 2 miles from Richmond Avenue. You could walk to shopping centers and a market.

The room here was well-organized with a kitchen, a comfortable chair, a cozy bed, and a tub, the location was pleasant and convenient.

The room had a nice layout and was spacious. It even had a bathtub 🛁 and other useful facilities.

We greatly enjoyed spending 12 nights here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was handy, close to the Galleria. It was also not far from public transport and various shops and malls around.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the Deluxe King Room. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for my vacation. The staff at the hotel was also very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the traffic getting to the hotel entrance was horrendous, which made it quite frustrating and time-consuming to reach the property.
